Submission Instructions

Hot-Doggin has been hosting community events for 15 years and we love to have you join our unforgettable marketplace of Dealers, brands, builders, artists, and swap meet legends. If you’ve got great gear, art, parts, apparel, or one-of-a-kind finds — we want you at the show.

Please share details about your brand, products, or swap meet items. Include your social media handle and any background info that helps us understand what you bring to the community.

Photos are encouraged!
Upload clear images of your logo, booth setup, products, or items you plan to sell. This helps us with event layout, placement, and social media promotion.

Event Day Schedule (Union Moto Rally , July, 17-19)


Vendor Load-In: Friday 8am - 2pm / Saturday 8am -10am / Sunday 8am- 10am ( Vendors can keep set up all weekend )

Pre-register and save! Vendor and swap meet spaces are available for $150 in advance. Day-of event pricing is $250.

Each vendor space includes:
• Two (2) Weekend Vendor Passes
• One (1) Weekend Vehicle/Camping Pass
• Access to all three days of the rally

Space is limited. Reserve your spot early and save.
