THE HOT-DOGGIN STORY

Hot-Doggin was built around a simple idea, do it with style, take chances, and put on a show!

​

The name comes from the old-school spirit of hot-dogging, the showboating, free-riding attitude that ran through skiing, motorcycles, surfing, skating, and action-sports culture in the ’60s and ’70s. It wasn’t always about being the fastest or winning. It was about creativity, personality, pushing things a little further, and making sure people remembered it.That spirit still drives everything we do.

 

Founded by Kenny Buongiorno, a lifelong motorcycle rider, racer, and former competitive/pro skier, Hot-Doggin grew out of years spent around racing, skiing, action sports, and grassroots events. What started on the East Coast with independent events including Strange Days, Moto Jam Hillclimbs, Snow Hill Climbs, flat track racing, and rider-driven gatherings has grown into a wider platform for events, apparel, media, and experiences.

Today, Hot-Doggin produces motorcycle and custom-culture events, including Strange Days Moto Festival, Union Moto Show and Union Moto Rally, while continuing to develop new ideas across motorcycle, ski, and snowboard culture. Our events bring together custom motorcycles, classic cars, racing, builders, artists, vendors, camping, music, and the people who make these communities worth being part of. Some come to race. Some build. Some show up with something they finished the night before. Some come for the music, the road trip, the campsite, or just to be around good people.

That same attitude carries into the gear we make. Hot-Doggin apparel is being built as something you actually want to wear, at the track, on the mountain, in the garage, on the road, or wherever the next good time happens.The future of Hot-Doggin is bigger than just events. It’s events, apparel, media, stories, and experiences across the action-sports world,  all connected by the same grassroots spirit that started it.
